Business Funding Now Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Affiliate , by and between Business Funding Now (“Company”) and the undersigned party

1. Program Overview

The Business Funding Now Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to earn commissions by referring clients to the Company. Affiliates can choose between two options:

Option 1: Referral Partner

•Commission Rate: 25% per successful funded deal.

•Features Included:

•Access to the BFN loan application.

•Automated document collections for referred clients.

•A referral login portal for tracking and managing deals.

•Real-time deal tracking and reporting.

Option 2: Upgraded Partner

•One-Time Fee: $447.

•Commission Rate: 30% per successful funded deal.

•Features Included:

•Everything in Option 1.

•An affiliate-branded loan application.

•Enhanced automated document collection features.

•A referral login portal for seamless management.

•Advanced deal tracking capabilities.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

•Referral Links: Affiliates will use unique referral links provided by the Company to refer potential clients.

•Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company guidelines when promoting the program.

•Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent the Company’s services accurately and professionally.

3. Commission Payment Terms

•Commissions are calculated based on the gross funded amount of referred and closed deals.

•Payments will be issued monthly, following the successful funding of a deal and completion of all necessary client documentation.

•Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive their commissions.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, Affiliates will no longer have access to the portal or commission tracking and will forfeit unpaid commissions for pending deals.

5. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Company, including client data, program details, and marketing materials, is confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Affiliate’s participation in the program.

7. General Provisions

•This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

•The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time, with written notice to Affiliates.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing below, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and confirms their selected program option.
